Beef 'n noodles in sour cream

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Fat
1 pounds Ground beef
3 cups Noodles
3 cups Tomato juice
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Celery salt; (up to 2)
1 dash Pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Sour cream

Cook onion in hot fat until tender but not brown. Add meat; brown lightly.

Place noodles in layer over meat. Combine remaining ingredients except sour cream; pour over noodles to moisten all. Bring to boiling; cover, and simmer over low heat 30 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream, heat just to boiling. Season to taste. Garnish with onion rings, if desired.
