Grilled chicken brochettes

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Plain non-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons Feta cheese
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Minced rosemary
¼ cup Sliced scallions
1 pounds Chicken breasts - boneless; skinless
2 \N Red bell peppers - cut
\N \N Grilled asparagus

Directions: In a large mixing bowl combine the yogurt, feta cheese, garlic, rosemary and scallions. Add the cubed chicken breasts and coat well with mixture. Season with salt and pepper and marinate for one hour. Drain chicken from marinade. Using wooden skewers, thread the chicken and the cut red bell peppers onto skewers. You can add your favorite vegetables onto skewer. Place on barbecue and grill until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Serve with grilled asparagus.
