Brochette of chicken

Ingredients

| 24 | ounces | Chicken breast, cut in 1\" cubes |
| ½ | bunch | Fresh parsley, finely chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh garlic, minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cumin |
| Salt and white pepper, to taste | ||
| ¾ | cup | Olive oil |
| 2 | drops | Yellow food coloring |
| 8 | 8\" skewer sticks | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken.
Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in oven until tender, about five minutes.
