Barbecue-grilled chicken

Ingredients

1Chicken; cut into 8 pieces
1cupKetchup
¼cupFirmly packed brown sugar
2tablespoonsWhite vinegar
1tablespoonInstant minced onion
2tablespoonsWorcestershire or steak sauce
1teaspoonDry or 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Coat the chicken with the sauce mixture and place on the grill. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains, turning halfway through the grilling.
