Grilled bbq chicken

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Chickens (2-2 1/2 lb each) quartered, rinsed, pat dry
\N \N Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Barbecue sauce; any kind

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Place chicken in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; lightly brush with ¼ cup barbecue sauce. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 F., then bake 40 minutes longer.

Preheat grill with medium-hot coals. Grill chicken 15 minutes (3-4 inches from heat), brushing with rest of sauce and turning halfway through grilling.

Serves 8. Per serving: 344 calories, 17 g fat, 110 mg cholesterol.
