Grilled carrots and hot peppers

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Baby carrots
¼ \N Whole hot pepper; seeded
1 teaspoon Butter
\N \N Sprinkle of sugar; salt & pepper

Place the baby carrots on 2 pieces of foil. Add pepper and butter to each packet. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Seal packets tightly.

Grill 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Serves 2.
