Yield: 3 servings
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|1 tablespoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|8 eaches||Assorted bell & hot peppers|
|1 x||Salt & pepper to taste|
Mix all marinade ingredients together and set aside. Wash peppers, cut in two and remove seeds. Place peppers on plate and season well.
Pour marinade over and marinate 15 minutes. Preheat barbecue at medium. Oil grill. Place peppers on grill and cover; cook 12 minutes.
