Grilled plantains with spicy brown sugar glaze

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Ripe plantains; peeled and sliced
On the bias 1/8-inch thick
1 tablespoon Olive oil; for brushing
4 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
½ tablespoon Chipotle puree
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Prepare grill. Brush plantains with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on both sides. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl well. Brush on plantains. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields ? servings.
