|2 packs||Chopped spinach or mustard greens or fresh greens (up to)|
|4 \N||Cloves garlic|
|¼ pounds||Bacon bits (optional)|
|¼ cup||Olive oil|
|\N \N||Parmesan cheese|
|1 \N||Lemon; juice of|
Boil greens in small amount of salted water. Drain thoroughly; mash garlic, add lemon juice and oil. Combine greens and bacon. Place in a casserole dish -- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top. Cook in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be made in advance and frozen. Ready to pop in oven at minute's notice.
