|3 bunches||Greens, prefer red swiss chard, cleaned and cut up|
|2||Handfuls pearl onions, cleaned and peeled|
|2 tablespoons||Walnut oil|
Place oil, greens, and onions in a 4 quart capacity non stick covered pot or pan. Sprinkle water over top, cover. Cook over high heat until steam begins to escape, than lower flame and steam until tender, not mushy. About 10 to 12 minutes.
