Red pepper, feta and garlic hummos

| 2 | Sweet red peppers; roasted, peeled, | |

| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced, or 1 head | |
| ; roasted garlic 2 | ||
| 2 | ounces | Feta cheese; crumbled 60 g |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Hot red pepper sauce 1 mL |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper 2 mL |
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
Place chickpeas in food processor and chop finely (until almost mashed).
Add red peppers and garlic. Process on/off until combined but not completely pureed.
Add feta cheese, hot pepper sauce and pepper and process on/off until evenly distributed. Taste and season with salt.
