Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Turnip greens | 
| 1½ | pounds | Collard greens | 
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion | 
| 3 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh ginger | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried red pepper | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Dark sesame oil | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
Directions
Wash greens and remove stems and discolored spots. Tear into pieces. Stir fry onions, garlic, ginger and red pepper in hot sesame oil for 1 minute. 
Stir in salt and pepper. Add greens and stir fry 2 minutes. Cove and cook 3 minutes or until wilted. Yield: 4 servings.
