New year greens

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Turnip greens
1½ pounds Collard greens
½ cup Chopped onion
3 Garlic cloves; minced
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Dried red pepper
2 tablespoons Dark sesame oil
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper

Wash greens and remove stems and discolored spots. Tear into pieces. Stir fry onions, garlic, ginger and red pepper in hot sesame oil for 1 minute.

Stir in salt and pepper. Add greens and stir fry 2 minutes. Cove and cook 3 minutes or until wilted. Yield: 4 servings.
