Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Olive oil (I don't like too much olive oil flavor so I go half olive oil and half vegetable)
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
\N \N Oregano
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
\N \N Crushed garlic
\N \N FETA; crumble. This is a major requirement. A must buy!
\N \N Lettuce
\N \N Tomatoes
\N \N Green Peppers
\N \N Onions
\N \N Mushrooms
