Great outdoors potatoes

Measure Ingredient
6 Potatoes
¼ cup Olive oil
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Corriander
½ teaspoon Fresh ground peppper
1 teaspoon Minced onion
1 Pureed garlic clove
1 teaspoon Paprika

Scrub potatoes and cut into quarters, keeping skins on. Boil until tender, and coat them with the dressing which you can prepare in advance.
