Grasshopper pie (from arkansas)

Ingredients

cupCrumbs from very large chocolate wafer cookies
¼cupMelted butter
25largesMarshmallows
cupHeavy cream (up to)
5tablespoonsGreen Creme de Menthe (up to)
4tablespoonsWhite Creme de Cacao
1cupHeavy cream; whipped

Directions

Reserve 2 tablespoons crumbs. Make pie crust out of remaining chocolate wafer crumbs and the melted butter. Chill crust. Combine marshmallows and ⅔ cup cream. Put over very low heat, stirring until marshmallows melt; cool. Fold in liqueurs and the whipped cream. Pour into chilled shell.

Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Freeze until quite firm. Be sure pie is frozen before cutting.
