Yield: 6 Servings
|1½ cup||Crumbs from very large chocolate wafer cookies|
|¼ cup||Melted butter|
|⅔ cup||Heavy cream (up to)|
|5 tablespoons||Green Creme de Menthe (up to)|
|4 tablespoons||White Creme de Cacao|
|1 cup||Heavy cream; whipped|
Reserve 2 tablespoons crumbs. Make pie crust out of remaining chocolate wafer crumbs and the melted butter. Chill crust. Combine marshmallows and ⅔ cup cream. Put over very low heat, stirring until marshmallows melt; cool. Fold in liqueurs and the whipped cream. Pour into chilled shell.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Freeze until quite firm. Be sure pie is frozen before cutting.
