Shamrock grasshopper pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Whole 8 1/2 Oz. Pkg Chocolate Wafers
¼ cup Butter; Melted
1 \N Whole 6 1/2 Oz. Pkg. Miniature Marshmallows
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Cream Dementhe
3 tablespoons Creme De Coco
1½ cup Heavy Cream
\N \N Green Food Coloring

1. Crumble wafers and mix with butter. 2. Press crumb mixture into a 9" pie pan. bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool. 3. Melt marshmallows in milk in a double boiler. Pour into bowl and chill until thickened. 4. Blend Cream de Menthe and Creme de Cacao into marshmallow mixture. Beat until stiff. 5. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Add coloring. 6. Pour filling into pie shell. Chill until firm. Garnish with paper shamrocks. Serves 6 Irishmen!
