Yield: 16 Servings
|1 tablespoon||EACH- low-fat margarine AND fat-free margarine|
|3½ cup||Mini marshmallows|
|2 cups||Rice Krispies|
|¾ cup||Dried fruit|
Spray 9" baking dish with cooking spray. In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt the margarine and marshmallows, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat and cool for several minutes. In a medium bowl, combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Add this to the melted mixture and blend well. Press mixture into baking pan, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
