Granola crunch

cupWalnuts, coarsely chopped
1cupFlaked coconut
½cupSunflower seeds (seedless)
½cupWheat germ
2tablespoonsSesame seeds
1teaspoonCinnamon
1teaspoonSalt
1canSweetened, condensed milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
¼cupVegetable oil
2cupsDried banana chips
2cupsRaisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine oats, nuts, coconut, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt, milk and oil in a large bowl. Mix well. Spread evenly in an aluminum-foil-lined pan.

Bake 55 to 60 min., stirring every 15 mins. Remove pan from oven and stir in banana chips and raisins. Cool before serving.
