I found this recipe at a local grocery store and thought it was great.

Combine honey, applesauce, eggs and milk; mix well. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Stir into honey mixture. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into three 5-½ x 3 x 2-¼-inch prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
