Yield: 1 Servings
|½ cup||Wine Vinegar|
|2 tablespoons||Dry Mustard|
|1½ cup||Salad Oil|
|1 tablespoon||Coarse Pepper|
|¾ cup||Soy Sauce - maybe a little less|
|2¼ teaspoon||Salt; (Optional)|
|⅓ cup||Lemon Juice|
|2 \N||Cloves Garlic|
|½ cup||Barbecue Sauce; (Ketchup Based - I use Kraft Original)|
|\N \N||Brown Sugar to taste|
Put all in blender - keeps months in refrigerator.
This recipe has a lot of the same ingredients as the Big Boy BBQ Sauce but does not have an overpowering ketchup flavor. I believe the Kraft sauce is used to give a "smoke" flavor to the sauce.
