Grandpa's homemade noodles

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 \N Beaten eggs
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 teaspoons Bouillon
1 \N Shake pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Mix dry ingredients into liquid by hand. Do not overmix, as it tends to toughen noodles. Use flour sparingly when rolling out dough. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness and use pizza cutter for cutting noodles.
