Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Purchased graham cracker crumbs or 20; (2-1/2 inch squares)

¼ cup All-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon Pooon salt
1 can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk; (12-oz)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Coconut extract
¼ cup Chopped pecans; (1 ounce)
¼ cup Mini chocolate chips; (1 ounce)
¼ cup Flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, and salt. Make a well in center. Add Jo's (or Fat Free) Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla and coconut extracts. Mix until well blended. Stir in pecans, chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet to form 24 balls. Bake 10 minutes. Place cookie sheet on a wire rack and allow to cool.
