¼cupAll-purpose flour
¼teaspoonPooon salt
1canFat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk; (12-oz)
1teaspoonVanilla extract
1teaspoonCoconut extract
¼cupChopped pecans; (1 ounce)
¼cupMini chocolate chips; (1 ounce)
¼cupFlaked coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, and salt. Make a well in center. Add Jo's (or Fat Free) Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla and coconut extracts. Mix until well blended. Stir in pecans, chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet to form 24 balls. Bake 10 minutes. Place cookie sheet on a wire rack and allow to cool.
