Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Fat-free mayonnaise |
½ cup | Fat-free sour cream |
½ cup | Buttermilk |
¼ pounds | Blue cheese |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 \N | Whole garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon | Onion, minced |
1 tablespoon | Horseradish |
~-Set aside half of the cheese. Put remaining ingredients in a blender and process til smooth.
~-Add reserved cheese and pulse to coursely chop cheese.
NOTES : ****For thicker dressing, don't put in blender----mix by hand ***can Sub gorgonzola for blue cheese. ***can sub fat free yogurt for buttermilk
