Gorgonzola sauce for gnocchi

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
¼cupMild Gorgonzola Cheese; crumbled
½cupButter
3tablespoonsGrated Parmesan Cheese
1dashPepper
¼cupWhipping Cream; warmed

Directions

Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and blend until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.

Keep warm.

NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi.
