Gorgonzola sauce for gnocchi

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Mild Gorgonzola Cheese; crumbled
½ cup Butter
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 dash Pepper
¼ cup Whipping Cream; warmed

Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and blend until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.

Keep warm.

NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi.
