Gorgonzola sauce for gnocchi

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Mild Gorgonzola Cheese; crumbled |
| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 3 | tablespoons | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Whipping Cream; warmed |
Directions
Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and blend until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.
Keep warm.
NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi.
