|¼ cup||Mild Gorgonzola Cheese; crumbled|
|3 tablespoons||Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|¼ cup||Whipping Cream; warmed|
Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and blend until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.
NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi.
