Ginger glazed pork chops

4 | Pork chops | |
1 | teaspoon | Powdered mustard |
1 | tablespoon | Peanut oil |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | tablespoon | Ground ginger |
1 | tablespoon | Light brown sugar |
1 | dash | Hot sauce |
Directions
Wash chops & pat dry. Rub both side of chops with mustard. Brush bbq grill with peanut oil & cook chops for 15-20 minutes over med heat, turning once. While chops are cooking melt butter in saucepan, stir in ginger, sugar & pepper sauce. Heat to simmer but do not boil.
When chops are done remove to serving plate & brush with ginger glaze.
