Pork chops in ginger ale

| 2 | ounces | Butter or drippings |
| A little brown sugar | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Tomato puree |
| 1 | tablespoon | Flour |
| 1 | pint | Ginger ale |
| Salt & pepper | ||
Directions
Saute onion till lightly brown then transfer to a casserole. Brown the chops and place on the onion. Scatter a bit of brown sugar over chops. Mix flour and tomato puree and add the ginger ale. Pour over chops and bake 1 hour, covered
