Autumn glazed pork chops

4 eaches Boneless chops, 3/4" thick
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
¼ cup Apple juice or cider
½ cup Whole cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Frozen orange juice conc.
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Heat non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of chop with pepper. Brown each side. Add apple juice or cider. Cover tightly and cook over low heat 5-6 minutes until chops are just done.

Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over chops.

Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.
