Autumn glazed pork chops

4eachesBoneless chops, 3/4\" thick
¼teaspoonFreshly ground pepper
¼cupApple juice or cider
½cupWhole cranberry sauce
2tablespoonsHoney
2tablespoonsFrozen orange juice conc.
¼teaspoonGround ginger
teaspoonGround nutmeg

Directions

Heat non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of chop with pepper. Brown each side. Add apple juice or cider. Cover tightly and cook over low heat 5-6 minutes until chops are just done.

Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over chops.

Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.
