Autumn glazed pork chops

| 4 | eaches | Boneless chops, 3/4\" thick |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Apple juice or cider |
| ½ | cup | Whole cranberry sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Frozen orange juice conc. |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
Directions
Heat non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of chop with pepper. Brown each side. Add apple juice or cider. Cover tightly and cook over low heat 5-6 minutes until chops are just done.
Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over chops.
Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.
