1 small Cabbage head
100 grams Walnuts
1 medium Pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon Cilantro, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped
2 \N Onion, finely chopped
2 \N Cloves garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon Fenugreek seed
\N \N Hot red chili peppers
\N \N Salt

Chop cabbage finely & add remaining ingredients. Let stand 2 hours before serving.
