Purple cabbage

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Purple or red cabbage, shred
2 \N Sour apples, shred
3 tablespoons Bacon grease
1 large Onion
4 \N Cloves
1 \N Bay leaf
½ cup Bouillon
\N \N Sugar, salt and pepper to
\N \N Taste

Stick cloves into onion. Add to the shredded cabbage, apples, grease, bay leaf, onion, bouillon and seasonings. Simmer till tender. Add liquid from time to time if needed. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-01-95
