Cabbage wedges

| ½ | cup | Peppers, green or red |
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter |
| ¼ | cup | Onion precooked in microwave |
| ¼ | cup | Flour |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| ½ | cup | Cheese, white grated |
| ¼ | cup | Chili sauce Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Make white sauce out of butter;melt butter in pan, add flour,cheese, and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as chili sauce. Mix in with precooked onion and pepper. Precook the cabbage in a steamer and drain. Pour white sauce over cooked cabbage and put in greased baking dish in preheated moderate oven for 20 minutes. Source: Mom
