Savoy cabbage salad

2Green onions, chopped (Belgian endive)
1Red pepper sliced thinly
1Savoy Cabbage, sliced thinly
¼cupButter (oil)
3ouncesAlmonds (pine nuts)
2packsRamen noodles
¾cupOil
¼cupSugar
½cupFlavoured vinegar - apple cider, raspberry, blueberry etc.
2tablespoonsSoya sauce.
¼cupToasted sesame seeds

DRESSING INGREDIENTS

Break up the ramen noodles into small pieces. Saute with the nuts until light brown. Be careful of burning. Allow to cool. Mix all of the dressing ingredients. Mix the salad ingredients included the cooled noodle mixture. Enjoy.
