George's pico de gallo

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 bunch Fresh cilantro, chopped
3 \N Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 medium Red onion, chopped fine
4 \N Heads garlic,minced optional
2 smalls Jalapenos,seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon White vinegar
\N \N Juice of one lime
\N \N Salt (optional)

Mix everything together and chill for a least an hour for the flavors to blend.

For a quick and easy dip, mix with one container of fat-free sour cream and serve with tostada chips, and margaritas! Ole!
