Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Chopped seeded tomato; Drained |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped serrano Pepper |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Yield 1-½ cups.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
