Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1½ cup | Chopped seeded tomato; Drained |
¼ cup | Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon | Finely chopped serrano Pepper |
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Yield 1-½ cups.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
