Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Chopped seeded tomato; Drained
¼ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Finely chopped serrano Pepper

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Yield 1-½ cups.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
