Velveeta cheese salad

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Velveeta cheese, cubed |
| 2 | cups | Pineapple, save the juice |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | cup | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | Egg | |
Directions
Mix together the cheese cubes, pineapple chunks, chopped nuts and marshmallows. In a saucepan, melt the butter; add sugar, flour and 1 cup pineapple juice, adding enough lemon juice to equal 1 cup. Cook sauce slightly to a boil. Gradually add the egg which has been well beaten. The sauce should thicken. Let sauce cool completely before pouring over cheese mixture.
