Gazpacho soup #1

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (15-oz) Eden crushed tomatoes
1 can (14.5-oz) Eden diced tomatoes
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Onion; minced
1 \N Green pepper; diced
1 \N Red pepper; diced
2 \N Cucumbers; peeled, seeded and cut in chunks
1 bunch Green onions; thinly sliced
2 \N Cloves garlic; peeled and pressed
3 tablespoons Eden red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Eden shoyu
1 teaspoon Cumin
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Lime juice
2 teaspoons Basil
2 teaspoons Dill
