| 2 | Cucumbers; peeled, seeded and cut in chunks | |
| 1 | bunch | Green onions; thinly sliced |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; peeled and pressed | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Eden red wine vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Eden shoyu |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Basil |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dill |
