Gazpacho relish for franks

Ingredients

| 1 | Med. Onion | |
| 1 | Green Bell Pepper, chopped | |
| 1 | Sm. Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chipped | |
| 1 | Cloves Garlic, minced | |
| ¼ | cup | Tomato Sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Red Wine Vinegar |
Directions
Blend all the above ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until use. Excellent topping for franks and sausages in toasted buns. Yield: Approximately 2 Cups
