1 teaspoon | Tarragon |
1 teaspoon | Basil |
½ teaspoon | Cumin |
¼ cup | Freshly minced parsley |
2 tablespoons | Olive oil |

2 cups | Freshly diced tomatoes |
Combine all ingredients.
