2Scallions, minced
½Lemon, juice of
1Lime, juice of
1teaspoonTarragon
1teaspoonBasil
½teaspoonCumin
¼cupFreshly minced parsley
2tablespoonsOlive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne (all above to taste)
2cupsFreshly diced tomatoes

Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Optional: Pur=C7e all or some.

Chill until very cold.
