| 4 | tablespoons | Ground cumin |
| 4 | tablespoons | Gebhardt's chili powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Black pepper |
| 4 | tablespoons | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Allspice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Rub on meat to be barbecued, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
