4 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
4 tablespoons | Ground cumin |
4 tablespoons | Gebhardt's chili powder |
2 tablespoons | Black pepper |
4 tablespoons | Paprika |
½ teaspoon | Allspice |
½ teaspoon | Ground cloves |
Mix all ingredients together well. Rub on meat to be barbecued, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
