Garlic broccoli pasta

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced, (up to 3)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 Handful of pine-nuts
1 large Head of broccoli; cut into florets
Parmesan cheese
Enough whole-wheat spaghetti for two
Pepper; to taste.

In frying pan, saute onion, garlic, and pine nuts in olive oil until nuts are lightly browned. Boil spaghetti. Put broccoli into pan with pine-nut mixture, and cook until color intensifies. Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Serves: 2
