Garlic broccoli pasta

| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced, (up to 3) | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | Handful of pine-nuts | |
| 1 | large | Head of broccoli; cut into florets |
| Parmesan cheese | ||
| Enough whole-wheat spaghetti for two | ||
| Pepper; to taste. | ||
Directions
In frying pan, saute onion, garlic, and pine nuts in olive oil until nuts are lightly browned. Boil spaghetti. Put broccoli into pan with pine-nut mixture, and cook until color intensifies. Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
