Garlic & oil pasta sauce

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
15 larges Garlic cloves; chopped
¼ teaspoon Hot red pepper flakes
½ cup Parsley, fresh; finely chopped
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper, black
¼ cup Parmesan; grated

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and parsley and cook until garlic is tender, about 4 mins. Stir in salt and pepper and toss with hot pasta in a serving bowl. Mix in cheese, if used.

Recommended pasta: ¾ pound spaghetti or spaghettini
