Garlic herb pasta toss

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Tricolor pasta
6 ounces Container herb cheese spread
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Prepare pasta according to directons. Meanwhile in a large serving bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Drain pasta, reserving ¼ cup cooking liquid. Add pasta and cooking liquid to bowl and toss well to coat.
