Garlic chips

Quantity Ingredient
15 20 large cloves garlic,
Thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Coarse salt

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over moderate heat. Add garlic slices and sautJ until lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Drain garlic on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
