Garlic pita chips

Ingredients

| 8 | Pita bread; cut in quarters | |
| ½ | cup | Fresh parsley; chopped |
| 2 | Egg whites; lightly beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 3 | Cloves garlic; finely chopped | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Coarse salt |
Directions
Cut pita breads in quarters, then pull each quarter apart to make 64 triangles. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on triangles. Bake for about 15 minutes in a 300 oven until toasted. Cool; store in an airtight container.
