Garlic pita chips

Ingredients

8Pita bread; cut in quarters
½cupFresh parsley; chopped
2Egg whites; lightly beaten
¼cupOlive oil
3Cloves garlic; finely chopped
½teaspoonCoarse salt

Directions

Cut pita breads in quarters, then pull each quarter apart to make 64 triangles. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on triangles. Bake for about 15 minutes in a 300 oven until toasted. Cool; store in an airtight container.
