Fruity kebabs with rum butter

2Firm bananas; cut into 8 pieces,
; toss in lemon juice
2Ripe peaches
8smallsSkewers; soaked for 1 hour
; in water
50gramsUnsalted butter
1tablespoonBrown sugar
2tablespoonsRum liqueur
6tablespoonsFromage frais

Directions

RUM BUTTER

Heat the grill. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones and cut into quarters.

Thread 8 small skewers alternating with the other fruits.

Rum butter: Cut butter into pieces, mix with sugar and rum liqueur. Dot butter over kebabs and grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve with remaining rum butter and add a spoonful of fromage frais.
