Frozen yogurt sandwiches

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Plain yogurt; to 2c
1 cup Unsweetened fruit juice or 6 oz froz concentrate thawed <orange, apple, grape or pineapple>
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Honey
1 each Ripe banana
10 eaches Ripe strawberries
1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Cold water; to 1/2c
Graham crackers

Directions

OPTIONAL

Yogurt and oj make nice popsicles.

If using whole fruit, puree everything in blender or processor.

Gelatin in mixture retards melting on a hot day. Soften in water, heat slightly to dissolve, blend with yogurt mixture. Pour into molds or small paper cups

OR

After blending, pour mixture about 1 inch thick in pan lined with graham crackers. Top with more crackers. Freeze until firm.
