Ice cream sandwiches #2

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3.4-oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups Cold milk
2 cups Whipped topping
1 pack (6-oz) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
48 \N Graham cracker squares

Date: Mon, 17 Jun 1996 21:11:55 -0400 From: Morris Hymes <mhymes@...> Mix pudding and milk according to package directions and refrigerate until set. Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips. Place 24 graham crackers (break crackers in half only) on a baking sheet; top each with about 3 tablespoons of the filling. Place another graham craker (another half) on top. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; freeze. Serve sandwiches frozen. Yield: 2 dozen.
