Fresh strawberry salsa

| 2 | tablespoons | Italian parsley leaves; chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| 1½ | Dijon-style mustard | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Minced fresh or canned jalepeno chile; up to 2 |
| 1 | pint | Basket strawberries; stemmed and diced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Raisins; ( optional ) |
| Salt; to taste | ||
Directions
In medium bowl whisk all ingredients exept stawberries, raisins and salt.
Add berries and raisins; toss. Season with salt.
