Fresh strawberry salsa

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Chopped red onion
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Orange juice
2 tablespoons Italian parsley leaves; chopped
1 tablespoon Honey
1½ \N Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon Minced fresh or canned jalepeno chile; up to 2
1 pint Basket strawberries; stemmed and diced
2 tablespoons Raisins; ( optional )
\N \N Salt; to taste

In medium bowl whisk all ingredients exept stawberries, raisins and salt.

Add berries and raisins; toss. Season with salt.
