Yield: 10 servings
|6 ounces||Orange juice, frozen conc.; thawed and undiluted|
|3 ounces||Pudding mix, instant vanilla|
|¼ cup||Sour cream|
|1 medium||Pineapple, fresh|
|Fruit, fresh; assorted|
Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, and pudding mix; beat with electric mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes). Stir in sour cream; chill 2 hours.
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact; set aside shells. Cut pineapple pulp into chunks. Combine pineapple chunks and other assorted fruits; spoon into 1 pineapple shell. Spoon dip into remaining shell.
