Orange sour cream dip

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Orange juice, frozen conc.; thawed and undiluted
1¼ cup Milk
3 ounces Pudding mix, instant vanilla
¼ cup Sour cream
1 medium Pineapple, fresh
Fruit, fresh; assorted

Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, and pudding mix; beat with electric mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes). Stir in sour cream; chill 2 hours.

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact; set aside shells. Cut pineapple pulp into chunks. Combine pineapple chunks and other assorted fruits; spoon into 1 pineapple shell. Spoon dip into remaining shell.
