Frozen strawberry margarita pie

Measure Ingredient
1¼ \N Finely crushed pretzels
¼ \N Lime juice
¼ \N Sugar
4 \N Tequila
½ \N + 2 T. melted butter or m
2 \N Triple sec or other orange
14 \N Can sweetened CONDENSED
\N \N Milk
1 \N Red Food Coloring -- option
1 \N Chopped fresh or thawed
\N \N Froz
1 \N Whipping cream -- whipped

Combine pretzel crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press firmly on bottom and up sides to rim of lightly buttered 9" pie plate. In bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chopped strawberries, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and food coloring, if desired. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. >> Freeze leftovers. -- Makes one 9" pie MARGARITA PIE: Omit strawberries and red food coloring. Increase lime juice to ⅓ c. and add green food coloring if desired. Proceed as above. Freeze 4 hours. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
