Frosty strawberry yogurt cupcakes (motts)

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Plain yogurt
10 ounces Frozen strawberries; thawed
1 cup Apple Sauce

Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared pan.

Freeze until firm, about 2 to 3 hours.

To serve, remove baking cups.

Notes: Pantry: Mott's Regular Apple Sauce. This cool and refreshing snack is easy for kids to make. Inset one small candle in each cupcake for a birthday celebration.
